2017 - Year in Review, Part II

Expertise in emergency management paid off in several ways in Chapman and Enterprise during 2017. A tornado that hit the rural area outside of Chapman in late spring of 2016 required a different type of response from emergency crews than the EF3 tornado that tore through a large part of the business and residential sections of Chapman in 2008. Lessons from both were shared with the Illinois emergency managers in 2017.
