Chapman freshman Taylor Briggs won the 4A State girls individual Cross Country Championship by 13 seconds at Wamego on Saturday.

A magical and successful cross country season came to an end this past Saturday for the Irish at the 4A State meet held at Wamego Saturday, Oct. 28.

The Chapman Lions Club held its regular monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 16, at the Chapman Senior Center. The evening meal was catered by Chapman Food Mart.
